The Chiofta Chronicles – World Launch (Lagos, Nigeria)
From Cyprus to Lagos… a real connection in sound.
Haji Mike launched his new album The Chiofta Chronicles in Nigeria in April 2026.
Developed through exchange, shared rhythms, and creative dialogue, the project reflects a journey across borders where music becomes a space for connection, storytelling, and cultural expression.
This launch was more than a performance—it is a meeting point. A moment where ideas, sounds, and people came together, highlighting the power of music as communication and culture as connection.
The event featured a live presentation of the album in Lagos, where the project was developed in collaboration with local artists and producers.
The Chiofta Chronicles – New Division
After launching worldwide from Lagos, Nigeria on April 11th, The Chiofta Chronicles moved on for a special hometown presentation.
On Sunday 26th April, Haji Mike returned to New Division for a unique night of live performance and DJ selections, marking the first Cyprus event following the international release of the album.
Long regarded as one of Nicosia’s most vibrant underground spaces, New Division provided the perfect setting—rich in history, live music culture, and creative energy—to bring The Chiofta Chronicles back home.
Crucial Reggae Sundays, Golden Gate Bandshell, October 2024
One of the most prestigious places Haji Mike performed, the historic Bandshell in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park has histed free concerts since 1882. It is one of the oldest professional Concert Bands in the United States.
